Dear Youth Leader,

Thank you for checking out Christian Youth of Georgia (formerly recognized as GCYC or Georgia Christian Youth Conventions)! We are excited as we are making some course corrections as we head into the future. CYGA is an organization that is committed to enhancing student ministries around the state of Georgia and beyond by developing corporate events and geographic networking. CYGA is a 501c3 organization that is led by youth ministers who are volunteering their time and energy.

We host three annual conferences: Preteen “Ignition” for 4th & 5th grade students, Middle School “XLR8” for 6th-8th grade students, and High School “Velocity” for 9th-12th grade students. We are also continually working to develop geographic networks where youth leaders can join together to encourage one another and assist one another to build stronger ministries in their own churches. We are also working to develop regional quarterly gatherings where churches can come together to build unity through worship, teaching, and fellowship.

All this being said, we desire for you to join us in our efforts to build unity within the body of Christ by participating in the conferences and joining a local network of youth leaders. Please keep coming back to CYGA.org for updates and be on the lookout as we will be sending quarterly e-newsletters to keep you informed of upcoming dates and events.

CYGA needs you! We exist because of youth leaders like yourself who love students and desire to see them grow in Christ while they’re in your ministry and to see them have a lifelong walk with Christ when they are long gone from your ministry. Please feel free to contact us at any time to share your thoughts and ideas about how we can best serve the student ministries of Georgia. We want to continually grow as an organization to accomplish the mission we believe God has set for us. We want to partner with you. We want to help you make disciples of Jesus.

Seeking to serve the Kingdom,

Chris McClure
